This SFEM project is implemented by Agric Connect, among 300 youth and women smallholder farmers in Ejura and Bosomtwe. Through the market-systems approach, the SFEM project aims to uplift youth and women smallholder farmers out of poverty by improving access to suppliers and markets by 2025. It improves the employment and resilience of smallholder farmers. It creates new opportunities for successful production and marketing of agricultural produce, providing access to finances and enabling small farmers to purchase the necessary inputs to improve food production.
